  • BE HUMBLE, BE EXALTED

“When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him. And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed” (Matthew 8:1,2,3).

St. Francis of Assisi was too wealthy. He had a fear and abhorrence of lepers. One day, while riding his horse near Assisi, he met a man afflicted with leprosy. The sight of the leper filled him with horror and disgust; he was shocked and disturbed, but he got off the horse and kissed him. The leper put out his hand hoping to receive something. Out of compassion, Francis gave money to the leper.

But when Francis mounted his horse again and looked all around, he could not see the leper anywhere. He realised that it was Lord Jesus whom he had just kissed.

Francis could have neglected and passed away but he heard that still small voice that guided him to stop, reach out and embrace the man with leprosy.

That gesture of humbleness and obedience to the Lord’s voice transformed him to be a mighty saint of God. Lord Jesus Christ guided Saint Francis to minister even to the Muslim kings and to baptise them.

“Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares” ( Hebrews 13:2).

“Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away” (1 Corinthians 13:4-8).

God will humble us and test us to know what is in our heart. He who has pity and lends to the poor, lends to the LORD, and God will bless him multifold.

Help the poor and the needy. Pray for the sick. Visit the widows and the fatherless, bless them and be blessed forever.

    FOLLOW JESUS.

  • A VIRTUOUS VESSEL FOR THE MASTER’S USE

“For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” (Mark 8:38).

The eyes of the Great Yahweh Elohim moved to and fro and found a young girl separated from her childhood. She was chosen before the foundations of this world. She was in the wilderness. She loved the Lord more than her toys. She had no friends, she preferred to be alone. When the girls of her age were with the world she was with the Jehovah. God’s eyes were on this child. He kept watching her. A  miraculous historic plan was created for her. A plan that would stir the marrows of anyone who hears.

Child Mary separated herself from the world prepared in the isolation for the Holy Historical Mission.

Nothing of this world could tempt or trouble her or stain her. Her focus was only on the calling. She was trained by the Holy Spirit from her childhood. She silently submitted to be moulded as the vessel for the Master’s use. In order to come in flesh this Mighty El Shaddai chose this young girl who got separated from the world at the age of 3. There was no other girl than her, perfect and holy as per the Lord’s standard and requirement for the mission.

“Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word” (Luke 1:38).

Her thoughts were not on  the society that would mock her but to be a perfect handmaid for the Lord to accomplish His plan.

MOTHER MARY WAS THE WAY TO BRING THE WAY FOR THE WAY OF THE CHILDREN.

Theotokos was incredibly holy. She was The Holy Ark and The Throne Room of God.  The Perfect One to hold the All Perfect. Her life was as clear as crystal and immaculate. God truly honoured her. She has been given a Royal place in the Heaven.

She was the perfect holy vessel, a plan for the accomplishment of the Lord’s plan. God truly honoured her. For her obedience

Let Mother Mary be an example to everyone. Her “yes “ to the  Lord truly exemplifies her obedience and submission to the Father’s plan. . She took up a great responsibility to carefully look after her son Emmanuel with diligence. A young girl of that age accepting this responsibility shows her great  strong grit, willpower and courage. Father Joseph, the Father of Jesus in flesh took up equal responsibility in taking care of Him and protecting Him and doing exactly as the Angel of the Lord guided him. Both Father Joseph and Mother Mary accepted all the hardships during the draconian rule of then king to protect the Plan of the Lord. The mission which was truly impossible for anyone to imagine.

Her holiness, her acceptance, her humbleness and accomplishment of the Lord’s plan has gained a royal throne in the third Heaven.  We have to learn lot of lessons from her life. Be humble, accept the Lord’s calling, and willing to do everything for the Lord.

Mother Mary’s Pure Holy life was the foundation for the Holy Atonement. She was the sacrificial altar where she nourished and grew the blemish-less perfect Lamb of God.

If you seek the Lord you will be honoured but if you seek the world you stain your life and soul.

“Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity” (1 Timothy 4:12).

Be committed to the Lord’s calling and do not get yoked with anything that’s ungodly. Avoid spiritual lethargy and be wholesome in action and integrity in doing the will of God.

    God bless.
