“The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise Him” (Psalms 28:7).
“In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried unto Him and He heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before Him even into His ears” (Psalms 18:6).
“I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill” (Psalms 3:4)
“But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him” (Psalms 4:3)
The Lord was with Joseph in the dungeon. He was with Jeremiah in the quicksand. He was with Daniel when he was thrown into a Lion’s den. The Lord was with the three Hebrew youths, Shadrach Meshach, and Abednego. When they were thrown into a fiery furnace for refusing to bow to a golden image set up by King Nebuchadnezzar, but they survived unharmed the Lord was with them.
He pulled king David out of a dangerous pit, out of the deadly quicksand. He set him safely on a rock and made him secure. He was with Apostle John in the Greek island of Patmos.
“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me” (Psalms 23:4).
“Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget you. Behold, I have graven you upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me” (Isaiah 49:15,16).
He will not leave you comfortless; He will come to you. He will never leave you nor forsake you. He is with you always unto the end of this world.
You are never alone. The LORD is your light and your salvation; The LORD is the strength of your life. Fear not: for the Lord is with you.
God bless.
